  Ok RV Park. Has great reviews, but I found out from residents that they ask you to fill out a review right in the office while you're filling out forms in front of them and that's how they get some of their best reviews. In other words, before you've actually moved in. I've now talked to about ten residents, and I get the same story. The owners don't really seem to care about the residents and the issues they have with the park. But the maintenance man is great! The park definitely doesn't look like the pictures on the website. The only live grass here is a piece that I believe one resident waters himself. Everything else is dead. It's all been let go. If you need something even something that's been promised to you, it takes a long time to get it. But it's acceptable. It's close to shopping, a casino and restaurants. Not in the nicest part of town again,but acceptable ( at least to me).

  I am relocating to Reno from California and needed a space to rent for my RV. Ray was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. The RV Park is super clean, conveniently located and quite lovely! I'd definitely recommend Pepper Ridge RV Park to anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to live!

  Just moved in and this is a nice place to stay at. Gated at both ends and very peaceful even though being right off Virginia and across from the Peppermill Casino. My neighbors are chill and quiet and the management is super nice. Would definitely recommend this spot for any long term stays.

  I’m from Houston my husband and I  have relocated to Reno area and needed a nice RV Park I spoke Ashley who was very nice and helpful throughout the application process.
